Meet Tanvi

Hi, I'm Tanvi. I'm a mental health therapist and a Yoga facilitator, with 7+ years of experience working with adolescents and adults in individual and group settings.​

I use a trauma-informed approach in my work, both in psychotherapy and Yoga-based practices. My intention is to support individuals cultivate a deeper understanding of their mind and body, and foster a stronger connection with themselves — one that can become the foundation for nurturing and sustaining meaningful relationships with others.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY 

  • One-to-one sessions

  • Therapist and client work collaboratively in a confidential and non-judgemental setting

  • Navigate issues relating to stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and interpersonal concerns

Fee: INR 3500 + 18% GST per session

(Limited sliding scale slots are available, please ask about them when you reach out.)

COUPLES THERAPY

  • Sessions with couples or families,

  • Work towards reducing harmful conflict, improving communication and learning healthier ways of relating with each other

Fee: INR 5000 + 18% GST per session
